From Lamezia Terme International Airport (SUF)

• By Car/Taxi (5 min): Follow signs for "Lamezia Terme Stazione / Sant'Eufemia." At the main roundabout, take Via Umberto Boccioni and continue until you reach Via Giorgio Pinna.
• By Bus: Take the "Lamezia Multi-service" shuttle to the Central Station (departures every 30 minutes). From there, follow the walking directions below.
• Walking (Not Recommended): The route is approximately 2.5 km (1.5 miles) on busy roads without continuous sidewalks. We strongly recommend a taxi or shuttle for your safety.

From Lamezia Terme Central Railway Station

• On Foot (10-12 min): Exit the station onto Via del Mare. Turn right onto Via delle Nazioni/Via Boccioni. You will find Via Giorgio Pinna on your left.
• By Car/Taxi (2 min): A very short ride toward the center of Sant'Eufemia.

From the A2 Motorway (Salerno-Reggio Calabria)

• By Car:
  1. Take the Lamezia Terme exit.
  2. Follow signs for Lamezia Terme Sud / Stazione.
  3. Continue on Via delle Nazioni / Via Umberto Boccioni until the intersection with Via Giorgio Pinna.

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor areas of the property, such as the private garden or balconies. Please use the designated ashtrays provided.

Sanitization Fee

We take our non-smoking policy seriously to maintain the highest quality standards. In the event of non-compliance, a flat fee of €200.00 will be charged. This amount covers the cost of professional deep-cleaning of fabrics, upholstery laundering, and ozone air treatment required to restore the room to a suitable condition for the next guest.
